This is what's in my head for the now - these are food wines in the most, with the luxury of size and structure to be able to enjoy a glass or two in its own. This is especially the case for the richness of the Ridge and the mouth-watering freshness of the Rueda and the tongue-teasing nature of the Prosecco.
