The Italians adore Champagne, Formula 1 adores Champagne; so the clever folk at Ferrari have created a marriage made in heaven in the form of an excellent sparkling wine - their sensational Metodo Classico (which would give Champagne makers a serious run for their money) which, in this bottling, boasts the unmistakable F1 Logo. Ferrari for Ferraris, or something like that.

The sparkling wines of Ferrari have been feted worldwide and, since 2021, it has been named as "The Official Toast of Formula 1". Indeed, you too can recreate your F1 podium moment with this bottle of bubbly should you be so inclined, but that's really missing the point. They make world-class wines.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Trentino, the wines are made using the "Metodo Classico" (traditional method) of a second fermentation in bottle - very much a hallmark of the finest that France has to offer. With a subsequent 24 months of ageing in bottle on lees, it gains complexity that adds to the ripeness that the grapes achieve on account of the lower latitude and south-east facing slopes on which they are grown.

This elegant wine is a winner (sorry), boasting freshness and natural (racy...) acidity, both of which are so important to traditional method sparkling wines. A perfect wine for a celebration, an aperitif or any other occasion for that matter, regardless of whether there's a chequered flag or not! 

Actually, this wine is at its very best with (or around) food: it's complexity and brightness make your mouth water, while the richness and layers of flavour are really brought to life alongside dishes such as grilled seafood, mature cheeses or game.

We charge €7.99 per delivery for quantities less than that.
