Château Turcaud, Bordeaux Rouge, 375ml Half Bottle
Château Turcaud, Bordeaux Rouge, 375ml Half Bottle is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
A richly coloured Bordeaux blend bursting with ripe aromas of blackberry and red fruits, complemented by subtle smoky notes and a hint of spice. An excellent wine anyone looking to enjoy a Bordeaux that’s impressive without breaking the bank.
This blend of Merlot (predominantly) and Cabernet Sauvignon is delightful even at a young age, thanks to its natural fruitiness. It also benefits from being served slightly chilled, perfect for sipping during the warm summer months.
A wine that's perfect for a range of occasions, Château Turcaud Rouge combines richness and balance in a way that invites repeat enjoyment.
The vineyard operates under Terra Vitis principles, ensuring sustainable viticulture practices that respect both the land and the environment. It's like Organic for people who can't (or don't want to) do organic. It's common sense farming and tries to get the attitude from the vineyard shared in the winery - it's a good thing and possibly as good or better than being organic. Or just different. In our eyes, it's a mark of care and attention: we don't look for it, but when we see it we're quietly reassured.
Château Turcaud has been in the hands of the Robert family since 1973, when Maurice Robert purchased the estate. Today, it’s run by his daughter Isabelle and her husband Stéphane Le May who continue the family tradition of producing exceptional wines.
