Sauvignon Blanc needs little introduction. It's a gorgeously fresh, zesty white wine grape. Zippy and zesty, it has a very refreshing acidity and notes of herbs, citrus and gooseberry it is generally unoaked. Best known in the Loire Valley appellations of Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé in France, it is now grown almost everywhere around the world. Has fast become New Zealand's "Calling Card" grape. We've a small, but perfect selection here, from both France and New Zealand.
