This, their Special Cuvée, is special indeed, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier and aged for more than twice the minimum requirements of the appellation laws. It is creamy and structured, elegant and flavoursome, deep and subtle.
