One of the most popular Sauvignon Blanc wines we've ever sold, this is a lovely, bright and delicious wine that is full of tropical fruits, green apple and a balancing fresh and crunchy acidity. One of the very first internationally successful Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand, this is one of the longest-standing of Kiwi wine imports into Ireland.

Jane Hunter is a hugely experienced winemaker and was at the forefront of the drive to get New Zealand wines to the international market and has successfully kept it there by endeavour and hard work.

Awarded by countless bodies and organisations, the winery is legendary for its quality and for the range of style produced, all of which are wonderful.

Their first vintage in 1982 won six medals in the National Wine show. It's gone pretty much up from there, and that wasn't a bad way to start!
